To maximise your comfort while you are endeavouring for personal growth and  willing to deepen knowledge about self awareness and mental wellbeing, I can arrange and provide indoors  training and workshops activities in your own environment and home. All you need to do is to  gather a group of friends or relatives or co workers in one place of convenience for you all.

You can chose one of the topics as listed below or if you prefer just let me know what topic is of most interest for you and your company and I will design and tailor it to suit your needs, preference and interests.

Indoors workshop are between 2 to 3 hours, depending on the size of the group, topic, and of course your choice and preference for duration, minimum numbers of attendees 6, fees start from £120 per hour, additional fees may apply if you live outside greater London.
